The Manhattan is, by far, my most favorite cocktail. This is the recipe I use all the time. It almost doesn't matter what bottle of rye I use, it is great. The magic is the cherry bitters and I use literally 2 drops of absinthe which I put in a two ounce bottle with a dropper. I tried 1 drop...not enough. I tried 3 and it was too much. 2 was perfect. I LOVE THIS.COCKTAIL!
