I made these for a cocktail party and they were wonderful! So easy and simple too! Due to their simplicity, make sure you use a high quality cheese and honey for the best flavor. I wanted to use raw honey for this recipe instead the normal stuff so I made one modification. Since raw honey is thicker / not good for drizzling, I spread it on to the toasts (after five minutes in the oven and then put the cheese on top. Then I put them back in the oven for about 3 minutes until the cheese got soft. Came out perfect and the raw honey added great flavor!
