Ingredients
- 1 piece flat shepherd's bread, not whole wheat (from 14-ounce package)
- 1/3 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon (4 slices, cooked and crumbled)
- 8 ounces sliced deli turkey
- 4 ounces sliced Muenster
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
Directions
Unfold bread. Top with dressing, bacon, turkey, cheese and lettuce.
Beginning with short end, roll up bread. Trim ends. Slice into 1 1/2 to 2-inch thick pinwheels.

This is just the ticket for Hunny.Since he gets bored with the same style of sandwich,this is his cup o'tea.Tho' will use Swiss Cheese instead.Just preference.Thank You for the colaboration between channel & Family Circle.

Made these for brunch. Everyone enjoyed the combination of flavors, especially the thousand island dressing. I also added chopped hard boiled egg to the dressing. Very good.
