saw the episode for this recipe last week. made it two days later. i used mahi mahi with it and it was great. the salsa was wonderful! only change made was to deseed the serrano. (my wife doesnt like as much heat as i do still had enough though, and all of the fruit turned out perfect off the grill. if you do like the hot stuff, leave the seeds in, or add another half of serrano.
