Sriracha lovers, these wings are for you: Guy tosses them with sriracha butter plus a spicy sriracha seasoning mix. The side of ranch cools things off!
Make the seasoning mix: Combine the sriracha seasoning, cayenne, onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a small bowl. Mix well.
Make the sriracha butter: Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat and stir in the sriracha, cayenne, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice and a pinch each of salt and black pepper.
Make the wings: Put the chicken wings in an air fryer set to 380°. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 15 minutes. Alternatively, spread on a baking sheet and bake at 375°, about 45 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl.
Add 1/4 cup of the sriracha butter to the wings and toss to coat. Add some of the sriracha seasoning mix as desired and toss to coat. Reserve the remaining sriracha butter and seasoning for another use.
Transfer the wings to a serving dish and top with scallions. Serve with ranch dressing and lime wedges.
