You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree (frozen can or fresh strawberries, pureed)
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • Splash Triple Sec
  • Splash simple syrup (equal amounts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves, then cooled)

Directions

Combine in a blender, ice, strawberry water, tequila, lime juice, Triple Sec and simple syrup. Puree until smooth. Pour into rocks glasses and serve.

    I used Roses sweetened lime juice and a half of lime in the first batch. The second round was better with just Roses juice. I put two shot glasses in and it was perfect. Great recipe!

    Saw this recipe and made it the same night. In fact, I'm enjoying one right now.

    For my taste, there's a little much lime and not enough strawberries. I used almost a cup of frozen strawberries and it still tastes mostly like a regular Margarita. Next time, I'm going to try the juice from one lime and a few more strawberries.
