I just realized I was supposed to muddle the fruit so I will have to try it again muddling this time. I only had coconut rum so I used it and it turned out really good. I also tried it with pineapple rum and I think I prefer the cocount rum. Overall really enjoyed them!

Delicious cocktail. I used mango rum since that is what I had in my liquor cabinet, and I forgot to buy a pineapple so I used canned but I followed the rest of the recipe! Muddling the oranges releases the oils in the skin which really make a difference. I have made a few of Guy's food recipes and have loved them all, this was my first time making one of his cocktails even though they always look delicious! Glad I tried it. Thanks!

This is the perfect summertime, poolside drink! Made a pitcher to share with friends by mixing all ingredients (except ice and lemon-lime soda and let that steep in the fridge for 4 hours. Took it to the pool and let friends mix there by the glass. This drink was the talk of the nieghborhood by sundown with everybody asking for a drink sample followed by the recipe. Thanks Guy!!!
