- 1/2 to 1 cup peach nectar
- 1/4 cup raisins

Add the raisins, peach (reserving 1 tablespoon for garnish) and raspberries (reserving 2 tablespoons for garnish). Spoon into individual bowl or glasses and garnish with the reserved almonds, peach and raspberries.

Delicious! However, I made a couple adjustments....left out the almonds and raisins and used strawberries in place of raspberries. I feel like the orange zest is unnecessary also....bit of a bitter taste I thought.

Awesome! I did omit the raisins, as my husband is not a fan. We loved this and will be making it again and again. This would even make a great dessert, we thought!

I cheat in the morning for a quick and easier preparation as I am not sure how long 1 full btach will last in the fridge... you can omit the nectar adn not drained the yodurt at all and just mix in the ffruit and its quite filling, I al used chopped pecans and was jsut as tasty. AS the previous reviewer mentioned, you can switch around the fuirt and make it your own... which I why I love Ina's recipies. She makes them so simple and delicious and they allow you to be creative and curtail them to your family'd tastes. If the full btach would last a few days, I would always make it this way, or just cut it in half. Great, light and healthy... "How good is that?"
