Ingredients
- 10 cups assorted fresh fruit, such as cantaloupe, honeydew, papaya, pineapple, mango, strawberries, and seedless red grapes, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 lime, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur (recommended: Cointreau)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
Directions
Place cut fruit in a large bowl. Mix lime juice and liqueur together and pour over fruit. Sprinkle with mint and toss well. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 1 day.

My group loved this, and it was easy to make.
I would also like to remind the masses, that the only access to the Internet for some people is a phone or tablet, which are hard to type on, and errors are often made that we don't catch. So while we may not be perfect typists or spellers, we are reading, cooking and sharing. That's what really counts. Have a great day!!!

I made this for my sisters bridal shower and it was a big hit! Can't wait to make it again- thanks!
By the way- it is so sad what technology is doing to people. They can't spell, or don't even try. It truly is a disgrace.
