First time making granola and I am so glad I chose this recipe! This was a great base layer to add a couple of my own ingredients (dried cherries and coconut and it was a hit! I agree with another review that it is not sticky, but I prefer a loose granola for my yogurt. The rice cereal gives it a great crunch too.

This granola is amazing! I'm not a huge fan of maple so I just added a bit more honey. I was out of ground ginger so added pumpkin pie spice (plus I'm in a fall mood. It's like a dessert! I'm so happy to have a recipe like this, so I don't have to purchase granola that is full of preservatives and additives. Thanks Melissa! I'm a huge fan!
