Frost rims of 2 cups with sugar. Pass it through the fire, gilding the edge little by little. Such a great drink. Flavors come together very well. I melted the ice cream in the microwave for 20 seconds before putting it in the coffee. I wanted to keep the drink hot. Delish!

I made this the other night and wished I was in CABO! I read the review of someone who said they went there and tried this recipe and how it was just like the one they had in CABO - so I tried it. The icecream just floats on top like a melting lump of delish. This packs a punch too. You would never know there was tequila in it! must try this!

Spent an week in Cabo and enjoyed this drink twice, I was looking for the recipe and it tastes just like it. Don't wear alot of hairspray if you are going to make this coffee!!!
