My wife and I saw this recipe on Paula's show and just had to try it, so we went and pulled the huckleberries out of the freezer and my wife made a homemade cheesecake and the sauce was unbelievable. The Pacific Northwest has the best huckleberries in the world! Thanks to the Food Network for putting this recipe on the website.
