My wife and I saw this recipe on Paula's show and just had to try it, so we went and pulled the huckleberries out of the freezer and my wife made a homemade cheesecake and the sauce was unbelievable. The Pacific Northwest has the best huckleberries in the world! Thanks to the Food Network for putting this recipe on the website.

Huckleberries are in northwest montana at whitefish farmers market. The best place for produce.

Tried the sauce, so tasty...but is also as tasty without the cornstarch step
