Tangy Soy Dipping Sauce

2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

2 tablespoons light soy sauce

2 tablespoons clear rice vinegar

1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon finely chopped scallions

1/2 red Fresno chile, sliced into rings, optional


  1. Stir together the sesame oil, soy sauce and vinegar. Stir in the cilantro and scallions. Pour into a dipping bowl and float a few chile rings on top, if using.
