Ingredients
- 2 cups hulled and sliced fresh or (thawed) frozen strawberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped topping, as needed
- Fresh mint sprigs, optional
Directions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients but the whipped topping and mint and process until smooth. Ladle the soup into bowls and top with a dollop of whipped topping. Garnish with mint, if desired.

This was very delicious! I followed the recipie exactly and it was very simple and fast. Some of my family found that it tasted a little too sweet, so I tried again and used less orange juice.

I use orange-pineapple-strawberry juice found in the juice isle. Now that is a good combination there!! This is amazing!!

Wow! So easy and everyone at dinner loved it! I have a juicer so I made fresh orange juice for this and I think that really makes a difference. Just cut the strawberries before you start preparing dinner and put them in the freezer, peel the oranges and put them in the fridge. After dinner it takes about 5 minutes to make this and its an amazing desert! (*Homemade whipping cream tastes great with this!
