Well, we will keep the vampires away. This is really good. It is garlicy. If you don't like garlic then this recipe isn't for you. We used the Bloody Mary Dipping Sauce to dip the shrimp in. My husband and I like the sauce better then cocktail sauce.

Rachel, you ROCK! After a 10-hour workday, I searched for a quick and easy shrimp recipe, found yours, had all the ingredients on hand and went at it. At the end, on impulse, instead of ground pepper I sprinkled a touch of cajun seasoning, poured the shrimp over rice and served it immediately. Kevin absolutely loved it...said it had just the right amount of heat. DEEElish! A perfectly light, yet fulfilling meal at the end of the long day. Thanks Rachel....you ROCK!

I love shrimp!! I added more garlic, more red pepper flakes and right before serving squeeze in 1/2 lemon and about 3 TBSP chopped fresh basil leaves and 1 TBSP chopped Italian flat leaf parsley. Drizzle with a little EVOO before serving with fresh sliced crusty french bread. So good.
