At Ree’s ice cream store, Charlie’s, the Cookies for Santa Sundae is added to the menu as a Christmas special. Ree has adapted the recipe so that viewers can make it at home. It’s a great recipe to make with kids.
Add the scoops of ice cream to a small bowl, then sprinkle over the chocolate chips. Drizzle the top with the warmed fudge and caramel sauces.
Add the waffle cone, upside down, to the top. Pipe the marshmallow creme around the edge of the cone, making it look like the rim of Santa’s hat.
With a skewer or toothpick, poke a small hole into the flat side of the marshmallow. Place the marshmallow on the upside-down waffle cone, creating the bobble on top of Santa’s hat.
Snap the cookie into 4 pieces and stick them around the arrangement. Add the sprinkles to the top of the sundae and serve.
