Ingredients
- 1 (11-ounce) can pineapple juice (recommended: Dole)
- 1 liter ginger ale (recommended: Canada Dry)
- 1 cup bourbon (recommended: Jim Beam)
- Ice cubes
- 2 (15-ounce) cans fruit cocktail (recommended: Del Monte Lite)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart pitcher. Stir. Serve chilled.

To Comingjesus_114: If you don't want the alcohol... leave it out. The other components of the drink will stand on their own without the alcohol. Sandra often creates a Mock-tail first and THEN adds alcohol for those who prefer an actual Cocktail.

We added about 5 oz more of pineapple juice and 3 oz of grenadine for a more smooth taste.
