My family LOVE it!!!!! I now make it for thanksgiving. The cranberries make the dish. I sometime use walnut instead. The favor is great...

On the Show Sandra said to substitute the water in the rice with Chicken Stock for more flavor. Why is it not stated here to do so? I will make this tonight like she did on the show and I expect great flavor.
