The majority of my family enjioyed this recipe. I'm sure there was a big difference in the flavor as I used ground ginger instead of a piece of ginger ( I couldn't find any. My younger kids and I thought the hoisen sauce was bit strong so we added stir fried rice to our wraps. I will be making this again but with a little less of the sauce, I'm thinking it could be the brand itself. Next time I will be adding other ingredients as you others have suggested. This is just as good as a rice bowl. By adding a cole slaw salad mix, I think this would be great for egg roll filling. Think I will give that a try :

My husband loves this recipe served over argula and topped with cashews instead of peanuts. I have made using chicken and its just as tastey. We like it spicy so I add a chopped jalapeno and 1 tablespoon chili sauce. I also add mushrooms, water chestnuts, carrotts, onions, and think slices of red pepper. This is a keeper. Thanks Sunny!

These are delicious! My 7 year old couldn't eat them fast enough! Substituted ground turkey breast so added a little extra oil but other than that, followed the recipe exactly. Can't wait for my hubby to try these!
