Ingredients

  • 1 (5-inch) round brie
  • Celery sticks
  • Carrot sticks
  • Sliced apples
  • Pretzel twists
  • Sliced baguette

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Wrap the brie in a piece of foil to enclose it completely and put it on a sheet pan. Bake until the cheese is gooey like fondue, about 20 minutes. Serve with celery, carrots, apples, pretzels, and bread for dipping.

    We had a similar version of this in a restaurant in Ojai, Ca (Azu). Chef bedded the brie on honey in a stoneware dish and... then poured more honey on top. Flavor blend was fantastic!Read more

    Such an easy and tasty snack or breakfast or whatever........ However, I'm one of those people who like to "dress it up"... which is also SO EASY.....spread a little butter on top, throw some brown sugar on top of that and then nuke in the micro for a minute or less......it melts perfectly.Read more
