Ingredients
- 4 cups seedless watermelon chunks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Pour into a shallow, wide pan and freeze for 1 hour. Rake mixture with fork and freeze for another hour. Rake and freeze for one more hour. Rake and serve in cups.

Thanks to another poster for the suggestion of mint! I used less sugar, mostly lime juice instead of lemon (had to use some lemon because I ran out of lime, and picked some mint (out of all the herbs I've planted, I'm enjoying the mint the most! to add. I pulsed this all up in my Ninja (out of all the small kitchen appliances I've purchased, I'm enjoying my Ninja the most LOL, and stuck it in the freezer. It came out delicious, and I do think the mint was a great addition.
