Love this recipe! Great for a summer day bbq, very light and refreshing and not too sweet

Skip the rum, skip the sugar, since the watermelon is so sweet anyway. Great for you and your kids too! The mint really adds, I add everything into my blender and pour.

I followed all instructions except I added clud soda instead of ginger ale.....YUMMY!!
