Scott’s Bar-B-Que has been slow-cooking their hogs in the same Carolina tradition since 1972. The barbecued pork is cooked over a wood-burning pit, with a mix of hickory, oak, and pecan. While the pulled pork sandwich is the star, the ribs, chicken-leg quarters and sausage links are close seconds.
