Gordon and magician Belinda Sinclair drop in on unsuspecting residents of Wyckoff, N.J., with chef Mario Martinoli. Mario creates a meal of braised chicken breasts with English muffins topped with vegetable mirepoix and toasted pine nuts and a side medley of zucchini, summer squash and onion.
