Mix 1 tablespoon dried goji berries into 1 serving of oat cereal. Top with about 1/2 cup diced strawberries and serve with milk.

Toss 3 chopped scallions, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, one 5-gram package seaweed snack (sheets torn into pieces) and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mash 1/2 an avocado, spread on thick-cut whole-grain toast and top with the nori mix.

Watermelon Salad Sprinkled with Coconut and Chia Seeds

Top 1 cup cut-up watermelon chunks and a handful of blueberries with 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut and 1 tablespoon chia seeds. Finish with a squeeze of lime.

Fried Egg with Baby Spinach and Shallot

Cook 1 chopped shallot in 1 teaspoon coconut oil in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat until just soft, about 3 minutes. Add 1 generous cup baby spinach, season with salt and pepper and stir until wilted; transfer to a shallow bowl. Fry an egg in another teaspoon coconut oil and season with salt and pepper; serve over the spinach.

Top 1 cup 2-percent Greek yogurt with 1 chopped kiwi, 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds and a drizzle of honey.

Green Tea Yogurt Parfait with Raspberries

Whisk together 1 cup 2-percent Greek yogurt, 2 teaspoons green tea matcha powder and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. Layer half the yogurt in a glass, top with a few raspberries and 1 tablespoon sliced almonds. Repeat with the remaining yogurt and more raspberries and almonds.

Coconut Butter Spread with Cocoa Powder, Almonds and Honey

Blend 1/3 cup coconut butter, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1/4 cup sliced almonds, 1 tablespoon honey or agave and a pinch of salt in a food processor until smooth. Use as a spread for toast.

Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Sprouts

Top a scrambled egg or omelet with 1 slice smoked salmon and a generous handful of crisp sprouts, such as sunflower or radish.

Steel-Cut Oats with Cocoa Nibs and Almond Butter

Stir 1 tablespoon cacao nibs, 1 tablespoon almond butter and 1 tablespoon honey into a serving of prepared steel-cut oats. Top with milk and banana slices.

Guava Juice with Chia Seeds

Guava Juice with Chia Seeds

Mix 1 cup cold juice with 1 tablespoon chia seeds; stir and refrigerate until the seeds soften and start to gel, 10 to15 minutes. Pour over ice and serve.
