About Masaharu Morimoto
Born in Japan, Morimoto moved to the U.S. in 1985. After working in several restaurants, he joined the highly acclaimed Nobu restaurant. He opened his own restaurant, Morimoto, in Philadelphia in 2002 and a second one in NYC in 2006.
