Ingredients
- 1 ounce coconut syrup
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 ounces rum
- Splash vanilla ice milk (or ice cream)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 1/2 ounces strawberry puree
Directions
Blend all ingredients except strawberry puree. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with strawberry puree.

I didn't have the coconut syrup, so I substituted with coconut rum (I forget what brand I used..sorry. I also didn't have the vanilla milk, so I substituted with good quality vanilla ice cream. I also substituted fresh strawberries for the glaze. Even with all the substitutions, it was still great and I don't think it would have turned out better!
