    BEST spinach artichoke dip!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
This spinach and artichoke dip was SOO easy to make and SOO delicious! It's one of my favorite dip's with chips so I decided... to make it for my boyfriend and I. I used less artichoke hearts then what it asked for. Overall, this dip was to die for and I can't wait to make it again! Read more

    everyone was raving

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I used extra artichokes and didnt chop them. Everyone loved the extra artichoke flavor. It could have manybe used a little... less of all the creamy add-ons - cream cheese, sour cream, mayo. I got a lot of "best spinach artichoke dip I've ever had."Read more

Excellent with a couple of add-ons!

Whether you use frozen of canned artichokes, I cut about half into quarters and half into halves. It gives the dip a bit more... texture. Also, I saute a garlic clove, a small shallot, and the red pepper, and the salt in a little olive oil---it really brings out the red pepper. I also stir in about 1/2-3/4 of shredded mozzarella cheese, and top with a little extra parmesan and mozzarella and stick under the broiler for a couple minutes to get the cheese warm and bubbly. It takes a couple of extra minutes, but it's totally worth it!Read more

    Best Ever!

This dip was amazing! So easy to make as well... I used frozen spinach which I defrosted in the microwave and canned... artichoke hearts in water. After chopping the artchokes up into bite size pieces and wringing all the water out of the frozen spinach I mixed that into the hot cream cheese mixture. Sooooo good I will put this recipe in my favorites.Read more
