Too meaty to be a spritzer or cooler and much too light in flavor to be very tasty or complex. Still, it's a step in the right direction for tofu. Give it a couple more decades, maybe someone will actually start liking the stuff. Also very VERY unsettling is the fact that in the show, after adding the 6 oz. of cranberry juice, the sidebar mentions that it is equivalent to 2 cups. Now I'm no scientist, but from what I can tell, water-type liquids like juice, booze, and low-fat milks weigh in at 8 oz. a cup, hence the term 'fluid ounces'. So then, it would be safe to conclude that 2 cups worth would 16 oz., no? 6 oz. 16 oz. How did you mess that one up Alton?
This wasnt bad but really needed something more. We ended up adding about a cup and a half of frozen berries and two packets of sweet-n-low to cover ther Tofu taste. with these additions it was sweet and really filling. THANKS ALTON!!!

I love this "shake"of sorts. I too add some sweetner, along with some frozen berries, sometimes even a banana. It makes a GREAT summer time breakfast.
