Ingredients

  • 1 (8 1/4-ounce) can fruit cocktail in light syrup, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon instant lemonade mix
  • 6 ounces cranberry juice
  • 1 block silken tofu

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    This wasnt bad but really needed something more. We ended up adding about a cup and a half of frozen berries and two packets... of sweet-n-low to cover ther Tofu taste. with these additions it was sweet and really filling. THANKS ALTON!!!Read more

    This was good. It certainly had a tangy flavor. I added just a pinch of sugar in the raw while blending and that was just... what it needed to take the edge off. Very filling.Read more

    I tend to add a pinch of salt and some honey to this though, to bring out a little more sweetness. Substituting powdered... Gatorade for lemonade also helps tang it up (due to the salt)Read more

    A great idea, but the (relatively) small amount of canned fruit, juice, and drink mix is not enough to give sufficient flavor... to the entire block's worth of tofu. I rescued it by adding about 1-2 Tbsp. of cherry drink mix. Next time, though, I'd add more fruit and use a sweeter juice.Read more

    While skeptical, I gave this recipe a try. It is light and delicious, and very refreshing. I found that using a blended... cranberry juice, such as peach cranberry, and using firm lite silken tofu led to a smoother drink with almost no chalky taste whatsoever. I also typically use a little more fruit than the recipe calls for.Read more
