Easy Tofu Dressing

12 ounces firm silken tofu

1/2 cup buttermilk

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and combine until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Serve as a dressing for a salad, as a sauce for a hamburger or a dipping sauce for vegetables.
