I’m buying this kettle as a gift! It’s definitely on the fancier side, but I’ve had one for years and love it. It makes brewing the perfect cup of coffee or tea (or even getting the exact right temperature of hot water for cooking) so easy. Every week, I make a loaf of sourdough bread. (Yes, I did fall victim to the breadmaking craze of 2020.)
