Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Pinch salt
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- Canola oil
- Mint leaves, for garnish
Directions
In a small bowl add the butter and stir until smooth. Add the cinnamon sugar, granulated sugar and salt and mix until combined.
Heat grill to high. Brush peaches with oil and grill until golden brown and just cooked through. Top each with a few teaspoons of the butter and garnish with mint leaves.

Bobby: Thanks for turning me on to grilled peaches are have been received well at my grill fests. I have found it easier to mix in the sugar and cinnamon in melted butter then spoon onto the grilled peach halves. I also finish them off by drizzling honey over them. Great treat.

These were amazing. I skipped the mint and served with vanilla ice cream. So yummy!

For years I've been making mine the same way, cept...I make them in a foil pocket and drizzle maple syrup over them. Love 'em!
