Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon black mustard seeds
- 1 jalapeno, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Whisk together the oil, mustard seeds, jalapeno, ginger, and turmeric in a small bowl.
Place cauliflower in a medium baking dish and toss with the flavored oil and season with salt. Roast until lightly golden brown and just tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.

This was delicious. I halfed the amount of cauliflower and added a block of diced tofu. I took it for lunch and it held up well being refrigerated and reheated in the microwave. Thinking it may also work with edename.

Delish! Very easy to make. The toasted spices really add wonderful flavor. I didn't have fresh ginger so I drizzled the dish with balsamic vinegar after taking it out of the oven. It was a big hit. This would be a great dish to take to a pot luck, hot or cold.
