Made this by the gallons for a big christmas party...big hit! It's a bit sweet but only a couple of people thought so...don't change the recipe, it's really good! Will become a staple at our parties year-round! Oh, and I used 1.5 cups dark rum and 1.5 cups light rum for each batch, worked great..cheap rum, too!

Well, Bobby, I cheated and used Realime, bottled orange juice and canned pineapple juice along with Cruzan Light Rum and Cruzan Dark Rum. I had this stuff. We arrived home from Sandals Negril yesterday and their punch is spot on yours! Outstanding! I have tried for a couple of years to duplicate the stuff from Jamaica and this does the trick. I can't imagine how good this would be as you stated it using fresh stuff. Thanks from Kansas...
