    Why eat fruit plain?

The syrup is the bomb!! it smells great when you're cooking it, and it goes perfect with the watermelon. Just whip it up in... a pan on the grill, toss it in the fridge for a little bit, and there you have it. It's so freaking good, we were using the watermelon to try and soak up the syrup that was left over on our plates. Nice call on the recipe Flay!!!Read more

Soooo easy. Very yummy. And versatile too. I brushed it on some fresh pineapple slices and grilled them afterwards. Heavenly.... Then I used it in a spritzer.Read more

I loved this sauce. It was wonderful. Helps with that sweet tooth. Though watermelon is great by itself I loved it . Oh I... didn't have mint so I made it without it I was satisfied. For my sista in SC never judge before knowing. That doesn't just go for food. You never know until you actually try it.Read more

Being a Southern girl I was hesitant when I saw this recipe. But after reading all the wonderful reviews, I just had to try... it. Frankly, the syrup never made it to the platter of watermelon. I could tell by the smell that it was not going to be compatible and after enlisting the opinion of the members in my household, the whole concoction got dumped. Apparently watermelon needs help in other parts of the country, but we will take it Plain Jane in South Carolina - or maybe just a bit of salt every now and then.Read more
