- Romaine lettuce leaves
- Carrots, peeled, sliced into rounds
- Black olives, halved
- Green peppers, cut into strips
- Parboiled asparagus, cut into strips
- Kosher for Passover vinaigrette dressing
Place a romaine leaf on each salad plate to be the cradle or little ark. Decorate it as you would imagine a baby Moses in his cradle, with his face, arms, and so on. Drizzle vinaigrette on top.
