    Very Easy, Very Rich

So simple to make and full with flavor. We used plenty of raspberries and strawberries on top, because you need balance the... chocolate and creme fraiche bite. All in all - great especially for how quick you can make it.Read more

It was a bit too rich and tart for the portion size. My guests were not wowed and they are chocolate lovers.

    just okay

I made this last night for dessert for the family. It was good, but I was not crazy about the tang from the creme fraiche.... It's basically just a giant truffle that you are eating and I would prefer heavy cream to creme fraiche. I love Dan and Steve, though and we really enjoy the show!Read more
