    So Good!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
My boyfriend loves hot chocolate and I wanted to make some a little healthier from scratch (instead of the instant stuff!)... with this one I heated it all together in a small pot on the stove, using a wisk, it turned out great!! We are going to make this again and play with the different flavors we can add, like cinnamon!Read more

    Good with the right ingrediants

This recipe is great if you use dutch-processed cocoa. The regular kind is too acidic and that masks the chocolate flavor. ... Hersey makes a dutch-processed cocoa that works well. Read more
