Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks (about 3 cups)
- Wooden skewers, for serving
Directions
Combine sugar, salt and chili powder in a dry, small bowl and stir to incorporate. Place in a shallow serving dish.
Thread 3 pineapple chunks each onto 6-inch wooden skewers. Arrange skewers on a serving dish; serve with sugar dip.

(1 serving equals 3 pineapple skewers and 1 tablespoon sugar dip)

I love the idea of a sugar dip, but I wasn't a big fan of the chili powder. It was really overpowering and tasted odd. I ended up making my own spicy sugar mix using sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt and cayenne.

Delicious! I've brought this to a couple potlucks, and everyone always LOVES it. Some people are a little afraid of it at first, but once they try it they're hooked.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! For those of you who worry about carbs, I suggest you work out more. OBVIOUSLY, you problem isn't eating.
