Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup hulled strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, or peeled and sliced kiwi (about 2)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

Place all the ingredients in the blender and process on high speed until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds.

Pour into glasses and serve.

    Great taste and texture. I used 3 tbsp of sugar in place of Honey becase didn't have one. My 7 year old loved it. Next time... will try 1/2 honey and splenda to cut calories. This is a keeper! Read more

    It was still really good, even though I had no oj, yogurt, or honey. I substituted for it with a cup and a half of vanilla... ice cream and a splash of lemonade. I also used kiwis instead of raspberries, and its delicious. Great drink.Read more
