Excellent! I used parm cheese stuffed tortellini and one of Emeril's bolognese recipes. Is there anything this man doesn't do exceptionally well?!!!!!

This dish was quick and easy and a big hit with the family. Added a side salad with feta cheese and some garlic bread. Great dinner.

This was a fabulous recipe. I made it as directed and it was very tasty. I used Emeril's Classic Bolognese recipe from this site. The meal came together very quickly after the Bolognese was made and I would highly recommend this recipe. This would be a great do-ahead meal, if you make the Bolognese in advance. Thanks Emeril, for another fantastic recipe.....
