    MY FAVORITE MARINARA SAUCE

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
This is my favorite marinara recipe. This is a delicious and easy sauce to make for ravioli or pasta when you don't have... time to make a meat sauce. There's no comparision to the jar stuff. Read more

    Awesome sauce

This sauce was great. I followed the suggestion to cook it a little longer to make it thicker, and it was perfect! I would... absolutely recommend this. Read more

This recipe was great, but I only wish it was a bit thicker. Stuck to the noodles more.

    good quick recipe-skip the sugar!!

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
A bit sweet. Crushed toms. from a can are like ketchup to begin with. Recipe takes some innovation to get away from the "top... shelf" sauce in a jar flavor. I added in some turkey sausage, hot pepper flakes, fresh basil, fresh ground parsley and portabellas, then cooked it all down for an extra 25 mins. Definitely worth doing, but remember those extras.Read more

Very good sauce. I just let it simmer longer ( about an hour) and it came out great.
