A frozen mudslide is basically a boozy grown-up milkshake. For this trick-or-treat-inspired version, we combine whiskey, Irish cream and coffee liqueurs, chopped candy bars, and different ice creams to play off the flavors of the candy. Blend with ice until smooth, pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and more chopped candy.

Ingredients

Deselect All

3 scoops ice cream (such as chocolate, caramel and/or coffee)

1/4 cup chopped candy bars (such as peanut butter cups, Snickers, Kit Kat and/or Twix), plus more for garnish

1 ounce whiskey or bourbon

1 ounce Irish cream liqueur (such as Baileys)

1 ounce coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua)

Whipped cream, for topping

Chocolate sauce, for topping

Directions

Combine 1 cup ice, the ice cream, chopped candy, whiskey and both liqueurs in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and thick, about 30 seconds.
Pour into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and more chopped candy bars.
