This classic Mexican condiment is even easier to make when you can mix up all the ingredients in a blender. Be sure to stop blending before everything is completely smooth; you’ll want a few chunky pieces!
Combine the tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno, onion, lime juice and 1 teaspoon salt in a blender. Pulse until broken down but still chunky, scraping the inside of the carafe as necessary.
