Super simple and great flavors. I recommend using marinated mozzarella as well.

Made this for a gathering of friends, and they disappeared quickly. So easy to make. I used the marinated mini fresh mozzarella balls. Delicious!

Made these yesterday and took to a dinner party and they were a hit. I put the vinaigrette in a zip lock to transport and drizzled it on when we put out the appetizers. This is a no cook fool proof recipe. I used 4" skewers which were the perfect size. I also added an additional mozzarella piece. This is a no brainer.
