Wonderful flavor combination! A new favorite of ours. Would be great in the summer time by the pool.
We used 1/2 ounce agave nectar instead of simple syrup and it worked well. Also, the recipe has a typo... Not a slice of serrano ham! It is a serrano pepper. Please correct the recipe for others. Lastly, it states 3/4 of a fresh lemon, juiced. We made that 3/4 ounce of fresh lemon juice. It was perfect!

I haven't tried this yet, but I just saw this recipe on the show , looked excellent, but I think the "serrano ham" is suppose to be "serrano pepper". Cant wait to try it
