I've become addicted to this tea! I've found that the type of apple juice used makes a big difference in the flavor of the finished product. It tastes much better with pure apple juice, NOT from concentrate. Most commercial brands of apple juice in the grocery stores (Mott's, Seneca, Apple & Eve, etc. are made from concentrate. Martinelli's (filtered is the best, but Walmart makes a Great Value brand of 100% apple juice (they have two kinds so be sure to get the one labeled "not from concentrate" that tastes good too, and costs less.

Saw this on the show yesterday, bought ingredients today. My family loves it! Store didn't have Red Zinger, but we substituted Raspberry Zinger and it was delicious!

I LOVE this stuff! It's so refreshing! Ina...I don't know how you got this recipe from Bernard. I have been begging him for years and he would just say, "Just some herbal tea and apple juice" Thank you for getting this recipe and sharing it with all of us!
