We make roasted broccoli at least twice a week and I'm always trying out new flavor combinations. Soy sauce with ginger is classic, and it makes a great side for a variety of main courses.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Add the broccoli and toss to coat. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Serve hot.
