Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 3/4 cup agave syrup, plus extra, as needed
- 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 8 limes)
- 1/2 cup agave syrup or other natural sweetener
- Ice
Directions
In a medium saucepan bring 1 cup of water, 3/4 cup agave syrup, and rosemary to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove the pan from the heat and cool for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture into a pitcher. Add the lime juice and remaining 2 cups water. Stir and sweeten, to taste, with agave syrup. Serve in glasses filled with ice.

This was beyond delicious! So easy to make and it takes limeade to a whole new level! It seems so much more refined and its taste is absolutely wonderful! Will definitely make again. I did add about 3 more cups of water at the end, since just using the ones given in this recipe made it a tad too sweet for my own liking but that may have been because I did what another poster did and used a simple syrup rather than agave nectar, simply because I didn't have any at hand. But the results were wonderful! Evem my picky mother loved it!

wow this stuff is amazing. i'm drinking right now and i can't get over how perfectly sweet and tart this is. i was also a little skeptical of the rosemary, but after drinking it i think a little more would be even better. perfect summer drink! (:
