Ingredients
- 1 3/4 pounds red boiling potatoes
- Kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley leaves
Directions
Put the potatoes in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water by 2 inches. Salt the water generously. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and put the potatoes in a serving bowl. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley. Toss and serve.

Two words: Easy and Fabulous!!! I also added a little garlic salt as one of the reviews stated because I love garlic. Will definitely be making these again soon.

i made these last night for dinner, it was my first time making boiled potatoes...yes i know, crazy huh?? i added a little garlic salt and grated parmesan cheese when i melted the butter and they were absolutely AMAZING!! and they are even better for breakfast the next day. i put then in the skillet with olive oil and sauted them until brown and WOW!! i will definitely be making these again very soon!!

Sometimes simple is better. I did add garlic but even with out my family would have loved them!
